Order over over £ 40 and postage is FREE in the UK
If you are local to Thames Ditton, and you select ‘local collection/delivery’ there is no p+p charge for collection from BeeInspired or from a local Fair (if prearranged) – sometimes we’ll also deliver to you if we can
Pay online via our Paypal merchant agreement with your credit / debit card or with your Paypal account – no need for you to have a Paypal account

- We will endeavour to fulfil and dispatch your order within 3 days
- Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail first class packet post
We make our creams and balms regularly and try not to let stocks fall low, but should the items you have ordered be out of stock then we will email to advise and let you know an intended delivery date.

GIFT WRAPPING
Having spent holidays in Europe, and of course shopping too, we love it when sales assistants ask if the item is a present and then wrap with special paper and ribbon.
A visit to Denmark we must have spent 20 minutes watching our gifts being beautifully wrapped, and were reminded of Rowan Atkinson’s character in ‘Love Actually’ spending an age overly wrapping the present – such a funny scene!
We struggle with gift boxes, often in another box with enormous printed ribbons which really have no use but are too good to throw into the recycling bin.
We’ve not compromised but been creative and to date our gift wrapping has proven very popular.
Your choice for gift presentation is a bag made with either bees with wildflowers or a red with gold print for the festive season, tied with a ribbon and a gift tag (we can even custom print these for you as we recently did for a dinner at the House of Commons).
We hope the recipient will either use the bag for wrapping a special piece of jewellery, re-use for another present or even use in handbags/tool box/briefcases for keeping something special!
We charge a nominal £2.00 for this lovely handmade bag
PACKING
We hope you appreciate that most of our packaging will be recycled as we believe it is important not to generate more packaging for disposal, each order will be hand wrapped, so no large boxes with tiny contents from BeeInspired.
How will you order come? Bubble wrap, brown paper or wallpaper – it all depends on what we have or been up to!
We’re aware that when you place an order and anticipate delivery it’s special to receive a carefully presented parcel and we’ll do our best to make it so.
Whilst good design and looks are essential parts of our lives when it comes to p+p it has to be simple and ethical.
RETURNS
We take every care to ensure that you will be delighted with your BeeInspired products however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us, within 3 days of receipt of order, ask@beeinspired.buzz to discuss an alternative product or a refund.
Unwanted items must be returned to us unopened and in pristine condition in order to obtain a refund and postage will be paid for by the customer.
