Our website collects your information when you place an order with us or make an enquiry about our products. We also collect information when you sign up to our Mailing List in person or online, or enter a competition run by us. If you visit our website it collects information using cookies.

What Is The Basis For Collecting & Processing Personal Data?

• Our accounting details are managed by Lincroft & Company Ltd
• Our mailing lists are maintained by MailChimp (US – Privacy Shield compliant)
• Our IT and comms support are In The Box

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?

We keep your Personal Data for no longer than is reasonably necessary to comply with our obligations to you and what the law requires and to satisfy any accounting or reporting requirements

• Mailing List; your details will be deleted when you unsubscribe
• Website purchases and/or sales; by law we will need to retain details of your last transaction for 6 years

In determining the retention period of all Personal Data we take into account the amount, sensitivity and potential risk to you of any unauthorised disclosure and aim to minimise both the amount of Personal Data we hold and the duration we retain it.

What If I Do Not Want To Provide My Personal Data?

We need to collect a certain amount of information about you in order to provide the services we offer. If you decline to provide the Personal Data we require through our website we will not be able to process an online order, but we could sell you a product in person.

Exercising Your Rights

To make sure Personal Data is not disclosed to anyone without the right to access it we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of your other rights). We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

• Time limit to respond

We will try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
